Surrey Board of Trade and its BC and Washington State Partners Work Together
On Tuesday, October 7, 2008, more than 60 guests from both Washington State and British Columbia gathered in Blaine, WA for Bridges to Prosperity! This international trade conference focused on important issues in today’s business and trade industries, such as border security, government procurement, shipping logistics and marketing strategies. On behalf of the coordinating partners, Bellingham Whatcom EDC, the U.S. Commercial Service and the Economic Development Association of Skagit County, the Surrey Board of Trade would like to thank our panel speakers for sharing their expertise, as well as everyone who attended Bridges to Prosperity, for making the event a grand success! We would especially like to thank our event sponsors A & A Contract Customs Brokers, Ltd. and HSBC, and our breakfast sponsor Doing Business in the U.S.A.
